Visitor Packets
Are you getting ready for a reunion, conference, meeting, or special event? Give the Edmond Convention &Visitors Bureau a call for welcome bags and current information for your attendees. The ECVB will provide you with appropriate quantities of materials on shopping, dining, attractions, and more for your special guests.

We ask that you please request this service at least three weeks in advance of the date your event will take place. Allow more time for larger quantities of materials.

Event Promotion
The Edmond Convention & Visitors Bureau wants to help you promote
your event by some very special promotion efforts. We'd love to
include your event in our Calendar of Events and press release program. You're invited to use our knowledge of the local and statewide media to promote your success.
